Article 8 – Transfer of Risk
The transfer of risk occurs at the moment when the Customer or a third party designated by them takes physical possession of the product. From this receipt onwards, the risks of loss or damage are transferred to the Customer.
Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable distance selling legislation, the retail consumer Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision in writing to: contact@outils-gadgets.com.The product must be returned:

- ✓ Unused;
- ✓ Complete;
- ✓ In its original packaging whenever possible.
Return shipping fees remain the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise provided by law. The refund will be issued within legal timeframes after verification of the returned products.

Any return or exchange request must be sent in advance to customer service. No return will be accepted without prior agreement. Returned products that are incomplete, used, damaged, or unfit for resale may be refused.
