Certain products may be opened solely to verify their compliance. However, they must remain in a condition that allows for immediate resale or restocking.

🚫 Products Not Eligible for Return (Exclusions)

✕ Product used excessively; ✕ Product damaged after receipt; ✕ Incomplete product; ✕ Modified or altered product; ✕ Product returned past the deadline; ✕ Product that cannot be resold for health, hygiene, or safety reasons.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Despite all our precautions, a product may occasionally arrive damaged, exhibit a manufacturing defect, or not match the order.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable distance selling regulations, individual retail customers can exercise their right of withdrawal within legal timeframes without providing any justification.

5. Step-by-Step Return Procedure

Step 2: Request validation by our team and receipt of return instructions.

Step 3: Shipment of the parcel carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

Step 4: Receipt, physical inspection, and final approval by our logistics team.

6. Return Shipping Fees

🟢 Fees 100% Covered by the Seller

When the return is due to a defective product, a delivery error, an incorrect item, or damage caused during transport.

🟡 Fees Borne by the Customer

Returns for personal convenience (change of mind, order mistake). Restocking fees of up to 10% of the item amount may be applied in accordance with legislation.

7. Return Inspection

Every return undergoes a thorough inspection (overall condition, functionality, presence of accessories, compliance). Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection.

8 & 9. Refund Policy and Timeframes

After validation, the refund is processed using the original payment method within an average timeframe of 7 business days.

💳 Carte Bancaire Credit card: 3 to 5 business days.
🏦 Virement Bank transfer: 5 to 7 business days.
🔄 Autres Other payment providers: variable depending on their terms.

⚠️ 10. Delayed or Missing Refund

If after checking your account, contacting your banking institution, and your payment processor you still cannot find the transaction, contact us immediately at contact@outils-gadgets.com.

11 & 12. Exchanges and Transport-Damaged Packages

Exchanges remain subject to stock availability. We strongly recommend inspecting your package immediately upon delivery, taking photos, and refusing or reporting the damage immediately to the carrier.

📌 Any cancellation request must imperatively be made before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the standard return procedure will have to be applied.
